2010 DUES REMINDER

Please be reminded that your 2010 dues are payable no later than March 31, 2010.  Any member whose dues remain unpaid will be removed from the monthly Newsletter distribution.  Non-Bethpage Chapter members must submit their dues to the local Chapter Treasurer.

 Snowbirds and Other Movers and Goers Some Post Offices are not forwarding our Newsletters. If you want the Newsletter to follow you to your Winter location, be sure to send your Winter address to the Club. For email notification of address change ( This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it ): make the Subject of your email: "Temporary Address." For snail-mail notification (our address is on mail-label page of this Newsletter), please put "Temporary Address Notification" into the lower left corner of the envelope. (Remember to tell us to go back to your "permanent" address when you are ready to return home.) Express Scripts Pharmacy Subscribers If your physician writes "DAW" (Dispense As Written) on a prescription when a generic is available, you will be charged your co-payment AND an additional cost. You may call Express Scripts and they will tell you your total cost for the name brand med. If your physician insists on the name brand med, you will need to get prior authorization and an "ancillary fee override" from Express Scripts. If approved, the prior authorization and override will lower the additional cost. The authorization and override are good for one year.
